What is barrios de orocovis?

Barrios de Orocovis is a small municipality located in the central region of Puerto Rico. It is known as the "Heart of Puerto Rico" due to its location at the center of the island. The municipality is composed of 17 barrios or neighborhoods, which are:

Most of the barrios in Orocovis are rural, with a population of less than 2,000 people. The economy of the municipality is primarily based on agriculture, with coffee and plantain being the main crops. Tourism has also been growing in recent years, with visitors attracted to the natural beauty of the central mountain range and its forests and rivers. Orocovis is also famous for its annual festival, the Feria del Apio (Celery Fair), which celebrates the town's agricultural heritage.
